WHO welcomes discoveries in vertebrology for the treatment of low back pain

World Health Organization welcomes new findings for the treatment of low back pain via non-invasive methods.

Low back pain is one of the main reasons for disability in the world. While it is generally considered difficult to treat and can lead to life-long disabilities, new findings open new horizons to treat many diseases related to disorders of the structure and motricity of the vertebral column.

Recent results by World Vertebrology Foundation show that intervertebral discs can self-regenerate and repair themselves by stimulating the vertebral column under non-invasive decompression. It is different from traditional methods that address mainly symptoms using pain reduction via drugs, immobilization, and various surgical interventions. The new approach aims to create the optimal conditions for the vertebral tissues to self-repair and correct the vertebral column structure. It provides a quick, simple, and efficient diagnosis, allowing effective treatment.

Those findings can also help in the prevention of other diseases that are related to the autonomic nervous system.
